95ok's Responsible Gaming Our Philosophy

We know online gaming is a major source of entertainment for many people. But for some, it can become a problem. From day one, 95ok made a commitment to do more than just offer games — we care about the wellbeing of our users.

That's why responsible gaming isn't just a box we tick. It sits at the heart of every decision we make. No misleading ads, no false promises of winning, no attempt to hide the risks.

Key Point: Gaming is for fun — not as a solution to financial problems. If you ever feel like it's getting out of control, seek help right away.

Our Protection Tools

Five powerful tools to take control of your gaming at 95ok — free and instant.

Deposit Limit
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Once set, it takes effect immediately. A 7-day cooling-off period applies if you wish to raise the limit.
Session Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you'll play each session. When the time is up, the system automatically sends an alert and logs you out if needed. You're always in control of the limit you set.
Reality Check
Pop-up notifications appear at set intervals to remind you how long you've been playing and how much you've won or lost. A way to keep you grounded in reality.
Cooling-Off Period
Need a short break? Set a cooling-off period from 1 day to 6 weeks. During this time, logging in or placing bets is not possible. The best way to clear your head.
Self-Exclusion
Option to suspend your account for 6 months to 5 years, or permanently. No promotional communications will be sent during this period. The strongest protection tool available.
Gaming History
Your full gaming history, total time played, and win/loss record are available to view anytime. Understanding your own patterns is the first step toward responsible gaming.

Returning before the set period ends is not possible. Once it expires, contact support to reactivate your account, and a cooling-off period will apply. Permanent exclusion remains in effect indefinitely.

No — lowering a limit is easy by design, but raising one is not. A 7-day cooling-off period applies to any limit increase as a safeguard against impulsive decisions.
